30 October 2025 – London, UK – RFI Global, the only global data and insights company focusing exclusively on financial services, has reached an agreement with its private equity partner Diversis to acquire iSky Research, a leading global provider of digital user experience benchmarking and intelligence.
iSky will strengthen RFI Global’s existing deep survey intelligence with tactical journey mapping and performance benchmarking on how real users (consumers and businesses) experience digital financial and insurance services.
Together, RFI Global and iSky will provide actionable insights into the needs, expectations and real experiences of consumers and businesses to drive smarter decisions about the delivery of financial services.
