
As Executive Director of Insight Analytics at RFI Global, I lead the Atlas research and insights teams, delivering Australia’s largest syndicated retail and business banking research programmes to leading financial providers.
With a strong focus on advocacy management and NPS, I help clients uncover meaningful insights that drive real customer impact – an area I’m most passionate about.

Since joining RFI Global, I’ve had the opportunity to grow into my current role as Insights Manager and really hone my storytelling and presentation skills.
I’ve led projects like our Displayr automation, which helped streamline reporting, and I work with a wide range of amazing clients like Mastercard, Maybank, RHB, and Standard Chartered.

My journey as Insights Director began with a lot of support from my managers and the ten team members I lead.
