WHERE THE DATA COMES FROM

The majority of our 500,000 consumer & 50,000 corporate interviews are conducted online by tapping into a variety of panel partners within each region. In-person surveys are also available in some markets.

We use linear regression, polynominal regression and structural equation modelling to sort and refine the data sets.

Based on client needs we may employ other techniques such as MaxDiff, factor analysis, cluster analysis and CHAID

We can identify unique customer segments that can be targeted or developed. Segments include psychographic, behavioural, and needs-based attributes. The specific technique will vary but can include Discriminant analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, conjoint based cluster analysis, and CHAID.

Based on client needs we may employ other techniques such as MaxDiff, factor analysis, cluster analysis and CHAID

We can design and implement a wide variety of qualitative research approaches including focus groups, in-depth interviews, triads, and qual cafés. Where applicable, all interactions can be supported by simultaneous translation, transcription, and audio-video recording.
