Sydney, Australia, 7 December 2022 – RFI Global is pleased to announce the recipients of the Australian Banking and Finance Awards 2022.
The awards’ announcement follows a thorough review of the opinions of more than 80,000 Australian consumers throughout 2022. Winners were selected by a judging panel who reviewed financial institutions’ rankings based on customer responses to selected questions related to satisfaction, advocacy, trust as well as product fit, product accessibility and banking ease.
The winners were revealed at an award ceremony during the RFI Global 10th Australian Banking Innovation event in Sydney, on 30 November 2022.
“Today’s banking customers are no longer just comparing experiences across different banks, but against the best experiences they have had in other aspects of their lives. In such an incredibly competitive environment, with customers getting more demanding than ever, our 2022 winners should be particularly proud of their achievement” said Alex Boorman, Chief Product Officer at RFI Global.
The Australian Banking Innovation summit and the awards are organised by RFI Global, annually. This year, the events were held at the Sydney headquarters of RFI’s event partner Meta (formerly known as Facebook) and sponsored by property data and analytics provider CoreLogic and Artificial Intelligence software company Elula.
ENDS.
