Julien has over 15 years working in relationship-based sales and service roles within financial services after completing his Bachelor of Business at University of Technology, Sydney.
Joining RFI in 2013, he has worked in a constantly client facing role working directly with clients working on the delivery and implementation of RFI’s data driven insights. He has also managed commercial teams and operational teams delivering RFI’s product including data, media, events and technology products.
Currently, he leads the RFI Global Global Client Success team, providing service and support to RFI Global’s clients across all markets ensuring Clients get the best experience and value from their relationship with RFI.
Julien is well versed in managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with a range of financial services clients and partners including Banks, Lenders, Technology providers, Fintechs, Regulators and Associations.
